What is a Personal Locating System?

Our PLS collects information based on signals from the devices and tags of customers and employees. The PLS provides detailed information about numbers, locations, and movements of people, devices, and tags. The system is capable of counting and locating devices or tags in a wide variety of indoor areas, from single stores and restaurants to large buildings with multiple floors and complex facilities, such as shopping malls, supermarkets, airports, railway stations, hospitals, warehouses, casinos, amusement parks, and more.

Why do I need a Personal Locating System?

Our PLS collects customer data, such as duration of stay and frequency or pattern of visits. With this data, the PLS can be used as a key tool and strategy to improve the efficiency of your operation, increase customer satisfaction and retention, and support smarter business decision-making backed by reliable data. 

The PLS can locate important assets, floor staff, key personnel, or people who require assistance. It also supports increased productivity through the acquisition and analysis of big data and the tracking of space usage and efficiency through traffic analysis.

How does a Personal Locating System work?

With Unicounter™, you can count people in real-time and receive accurate information about visitors’ length of stay and return rates by identifying a unique signal for each visitor. Unicounter™ can also be used to benchmark high-performing stores and optimize lower-performing stores. By identifying peak hours/days,  areas that generate the most traffic, and the exact number of visitors that purchase in each specific store, you can develop strategies to improve the performance of your stores and locations.

Chromap™ is specifically designed to calculate the occupancy of a certain area within its perimeter and to detect and track the number of visitors going in and out of a particular area. Use of this device can provide an understanding of the difference of density in a specific area depending on different times of the day or days of the week.

Securitrack™ is designed to optimize your allocation of staff and assets to create value in terms of revenue, profit, and efficiency. By tracking and monitoring the location of employees and assets, you can keep your office safe while simultaneously promoting employee transparency and motivation.
