Please allow between 7-15 business days for your order to arrive.

If more than 15 business days has passed since placing your order, please contact us to review the status of your order.

When necessary, all refunds will be handled through email.


The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subjected to such import taxes, custom duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for custom clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. DOCENT CORP has no control over these charges, nor can DOCENT CORP predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely. For more information, please contact your local customs office. When customs clearance procedures are required, this may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimation.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, you must fill out the return form, and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging and must have an accompanying receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we have received your item, we will notify you that we have received your return. After inspecting the returned item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You are responsible for the costs of shipping any returned items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
